Ion Developments’ i9 scheme is part of £150m revamp for city

A new office building at the centre of the £150m revamp of Wolverhampton Interchange has been given the go-ahead.

Ion Developments has received planning permission for its i9 office scheme, which follows the i10 complex that was built by Balfour Beatty in 2016.

I9 is set to provide 50,000sq ft of stunning Grade A office space when completed in 2020.
