Willmott Dixon bags £38m Welsh office job

Work set to be carried out for local council

Willmott Dixon has been appointed to deliver a £38m commercial project in Wales.

The Taff Vale redevelopment in Pontypridd, 12 miles north of Cardiff, is set to provide two new office blocks, a third building which will include a library, council customer contact point, cafe and community facilities, as well as a new leisure and fitness centre.

Regenerating a former shopping precinct, the scheme will reopen the river edge via a riverside walk.
