Galliford Try wins £43m Birmingham resi scheme

Project due to wrap in quarter two of 2020

Galliford Try has been tapped to build a £43m residential development in Birmingham.

The contractor is set to build the 304-apartment project Axium, which is being developed by Court Collaboration on behalf of Hong Kong-based, private luxury residential developer Top Capital Group.

The scheme, which was designed by Birmingham-based architects Glancy Nicholls Architects, is being built on brownfield land to the rear of the 02 Academy.
