McLaren lands £120m Brighton scheme

The scheme includes 168 homes

McLaren Construction has been chosen as the delivery partner for the £120m redevelopment of the former Amex House in Brighton.

Mixed-use developer First Base and Patron Capital have appointed McLaren as principal contractor for Edward Street Quarter, which will deliver 170,000 ft² of Grade A offices, alongside space for coffee shops and restaurants.
