Lia Silva joins from Ballymore

Wates Residential has appointed a new development director.

Former Ballymore senior development manager Silva’s (pictured) appointment comes as the business looks to expand its presence across London and the south.

Silva joins Wates Residential to lead delivery of one of London’s biggest housing regeneration projects – a £1bn scheme in partnership with the Borough of Havering.
