T&T to manage £75m Bootle scheme

Osborne + Co, the business Flan McNamara joined after leaving Shard developer Sellar, has been given the green light for its second project with Santander.

The approval of the £75m campus in Bootle comes two months after the pair’s first scheme - the Spanish banking giant’s new £150m UK tech hub in Milton Keynes - was given the all clear.
