Deal for Morgan Sindall’s development arm could last up to 15 years

Muse has been chosen to lead a £2.5bn decade-long redevelopment in Salford.

Morgan Sindall’s development and regeneration arm has been named as Salford university and Salford council’s private sector partner for work on several projects within the 100ha Salford Crescent and University District Masterplan area.
