Scheme at Finsbury Square will take 10 months

The Square Mile enclave of Finsbury Square is set to see more building work with a London university looking for a fit-out firm to revamp one of its buildings.

The site near Moorgate will see a former NCP car park turned into an underground logistics hub by British Land while Mace is on site working on a £60m revamp of City Gate House for Brookfield.
