Network Rail planning decade-long work under Farrells masterplan

A £170m job to develop a major mixed-use scheme next to Hemel Hempstead station is up for grabs.

Network Rail and London and Continental Railways are looking to shortlist six developers for the 10 year job, described as a ‘gateway development’ for the Hertfordshire town.
