Urban Splash inks £750m Swansea regeneration

Developer to revamp three different sites in south Wales city

Swansea Council and developer Urban Splash have inked a 20-year contract to carry out £750m of regeneration works.

Urban Splash will lead the redevelopment of a number of sites in the south Wales city, including the Civic Centre, Swansea Central north and a plot of land running alongside the River Tawe in the St Thomas area of Swansea.
