Contract to complete Karakusevic Carson masterplan worth £133m

Camden council is looking for a development partner to carry out the next stage of regeneration on the much-lauded Bacton Estate in north London.

The first phase, designed by Karakusevic Carson Architects (KCA) and built by Rydon Construction, won Housing Project of the Year at the 2016 Building Awards and was noted for the close involvement of the tenant and residents’ association in its development.
