Oxpens proposal also includes 500 homes and hotel

Outline plans to transform a brownfield site in the west end of Oxford have been submitted to local planners.

The proposals, designed by Hawkins Brown and landscape practice Gillespies, would see 234 new apartments and 258 student rooms built along with 500,000 sq ft of lab and office space and a 250-bed hotel on the so-called Oxpens site.
