Developer also expecting verdict next month on proposals to overhaul 1980s Minerva House

Great Portland Estates said it is expecting a decision from the government this summer on its proposal to build a 37-storey tower a short distance away from Renzo Piano’s Shard.

The developer first lodged its New City Court scheme, drawn up by AHMM, in 2018. A trimmed down 26-storey version has also been proposed.
