Apollo strikes deal to acquire United Living

The deal was announced on the New York Stock Exchange and is expected to complete this summer

US private equity firm Apollo has announced its intention to acquire United Living.

United Living is a Kent-based business providing infrastructure, affordable housing, and property services, employing more than 1,100 people across the UK.

“United Living is a proven provider with an exceptional reputation for quality and reliability that has a profound impact on affordable housing residents and their broader communities,” Joanna Reiss, partner and co-head of impact at Apollo, said in a statement.
