Are photography and/or videotaping allowed on the Exhibition Floor?

Attendees are permitted to bring camera equipment onto the Exhibition Floor. Exhibitors retain the right to restrict photography of their products or displays and such decisions are within the discretion of the exhibitor and are not controlled by SAE International. Please note that photographs and video taken by attendees shall be the property of SAE.

How do I apply to exhibit at WCX, and what are the payment terms?

Complete an application in the Exhibitor Brochure. 50% deposit is due upon submission of contract. If contract is submitted after December 5, 2016, 100% payment is due upon submission of contract. Any balance remaining must be paid by December 5, 2016.

What are the rates for exhibiting at WCX, and are any discounts offered for SAE members?

What is included with the exhibit space?
